Mobile Firm Opens New Shop; Promises to give best Services to Customers

Mobile service sector in Tanzania continue to grow at a fast rate, posing a challenge to service delivery by most providers, among them customer care and network failure.This calls for fast adoption of ways and means to address these issues in the market, a fact that will go a long way in enabling customers and subscribers to keep in touch without struggle.As these means are put in place, it will require investment in new resources among them qualified personnel and other infrastructure such as new shops, and network masts.According to Vodacom Tanzania Head of Corporate Communications, Joseline Kamuhanda, it is the commitment and assurance to put these resources in place that will ensure smooth communication among mobile phone subscribers with their loved ones.“We at Vodacom are committed to ensure that we serve our customers in the best way possible,” says Kamuhanda, adding that, “With increased customer-base and demand for services, we are working tirelessly to ensure that we reach everyone without failure.”Kamuhanda was speaking today during the launch of Vodacom’s Millennium Towers shop in Makumbusho, Dar es Salaam.“This is the 21st shop we have launched in Dar es Salaam alone. Customers in this area are now able to access our services without necessarily having to go all the way to town, Oysterbay or Mlimani City, thus saving on time and other personal resources. We have also created jobs for those that shall be working here.” explains Kamuhanda.
